Pestilence's Lair is the eighth and final map of Hub 3: Thysis of Hexen II. It is the arena for the third boss battle in the game.
The main area is large chamber with a grand obelisk in its center and a small compartment, where the Rider of Apocalypse dwells. The chamber's slanted walls and open top suggest that this lair is located inside the tip of a pyramid.
There is a smaller rear chamber, which contains a few items and is a good place to take cover.
