The Obelisk of the Moon is a level found in Mazaera, the second hub of Hexen II.
It is a small and mostly indoor temple complex, which offers passages to several other areas. A central chamber contains the obelisk itself. A portion of the complex is sealed off and two artifacts, the Jade Skull and Crystal Skull, must be brought before the doors can open.
Once the player has collected all four elements, they can enter the Bridge of Stars, as the only exit to this map can be found in this level.
Objectives[]
Players will revisit this map several times as they gain access to new areas. The first major task in this area is the acquisition of the Stone Key. Once the two skulls have been found, players will use this level to reach other maps.
