The Lair of the Mothers is the fifth and final level in K'Chekrik, the third hub of Heretic II.
Anyone fortunate enough to survive the dangers beforehand will find themselves in the female section of the hive-city; having earned the right to see the High Priestess, the player must now seek her out and ask her for a universal cure to the plague.
