The Blight is the first hub of Hexen: Deathkings of the Dark Citadel.
Overview
The hub begins with an introductory level, the Ruined Village, and then reiterates the theme of the Shadow Wood, featuring a central map with portals to four natural areas - woods, swamps, wastelands, and caves. The puzzle's main goal is to collect 4 gems, one from each map, in order to open the exit portal in the central map. There is a hidden fifth gem that can be used to unlock the secret level.
