Frost Shards are a weapon used by Daedolon in Hexen.
Overview[]
Frost Shards can do a fair amount of damage, but it needs to be fired at close range because the shards spread out quickly and will miss individual enemies. If you do get enough on target the bad guy will turn to ice.
