The Siberian Were Tiger is an enemy encountered in Hexen II Mission Pack: Portal of Praevus.

Tougher than the Snow Tiger, The Siberian Were Tiger is by far one of if not the most dangerous enemy that the player will ever encounter. It is highly recommended to use stronger weapons when confronting the beast. Also, like the Snow Tiger, it uses it's shield to block and deflect the attack back to the player, if they ever fire their ranged weapon at it.
