The Dark Servant is a support artifact found in Hexen.

Overview

Using the item throws it to the ground in front of the player. If there's sufficient space, the item transforms into a Maulotaur, which will temporarily fight for the player before fading away.

Be warned, however, the Maulotaur's attacks are exceedingly dangerous to the player. Make sure not to stand between it and any enemies.

The Dark Servant appears as a miniature, floating Maulotaur.

Notes

This item is the equivalent of Hexen II's Stone of Summoning (summons a Giant Imp).
