The Crystal Vial is a common healing artifact found in Heretic, Heretic II, Hexen, and Hexen II.

Crystal Vials immediately restore 10 health to the player when picked up (to a maximum of 100%). If you are already at full health, you get no effect and the vial remains where it is. These are the most common items found in the games, and are handy to save when needed.
