The Cloud Fortress Labs are the third level in the Cloud Fortress, the fourth and final hub of Heretic II.
Scientific experiments of sinister intent are held here; witnessing these immoral practices, the player ventures to deactivate the Tomes of Power for a final fight with Morcalavin.
