The Axe is a weapon used by the Paladin in Hexen II.
Overview[]
It is a projectile weapon that fires a spinning axe head (3 with the Tome of Power) which will rebound to hit multiple targets. If you really want to be clever you can bounce the axe off a wall to kill enemies. When it is used in close range, it also inflicts additional melee damage.
A thrown axe may hit up to four targets, including walls it bounces against.
